Both Christina and Trish at CareRx Ottawa helped at various stages of the process. They suggested and confirmed that Veterans Affairs would help with the costs of this nutritional supplement. The first box arrived at the retirement home within a day of me ordering it over the phone.
Needless to say, this was a big help. I especially appreciated their patience with all my questions, and their positive attitude.
It has been a pleasure dealing with CareRx. I would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to other families, especially those supporting parents who are seniors.
