(April 4, 2022, 4:51 pm)This place is fantastic. Take a tour and find an accessible view of our involvement in world conflict. Not too graphic but graphic enough to understand how dark the past has been.
The hall with all the tanks is just amazing....from some of the first tanks to some of the latest designs. It's amusing to see how much bigger they get as the years pass. -

(March 23, 2022, 1:20 am)Great day trip if you’re visiting Ottawa! We spent about 3-4 hours here & could have easily spent more reading every display they have on site. Would definitely recommend to those visiting/a tourist destination.

There are some videos that could use being updated to better address how Canada treated the indigenous population both at the beginning and to this day. Was great to see a small section addressing prominent black Canadians and their role spanning Canada's military history.

(March 14, 2022, 3:25 am)We had an annual pass here and are just coming up on the end of the year. It was well worth going back time and time again. There is so much to take in and learn about Canada's history and it is a great experience for understanding the sacrifice our veterans have made for our freedoms.

I feel like there is never enough time to get through everything properly, give yourself a good 4 or 5 hours to really experience it proper. Multiple exhibits provide so much to look at and read in to. Well put together displays featuring some very exclusive items truly make the experience awesome.
Cafe was excellent and provided a brief menu of fairly priced food. Gift shops had some neat souvenirs.
Would recommend any day of the week.
