Thus, I can say with confidence that Gil and the services he provides are top notch. Additionally, his help didn’t end with the inspection itself. In the time leading up to the possession of my house he was always available to address any follow up questions without hesitation. Highly recommended!

(July 8, 2020, 5:25 pm)The inspector was strait forward and honest, using simple language that those unfamiliar with proper terminology would understand. He was very personable and professional. We could not have asked for a better inspector on our first home buy.
The report was very well written and easy to understand. It was sent out in a timely manner with pictures and explanations as to what needed to be repaired. -

He was VERY informative going above and beyond a simple inspection and showing us how to operate several of the systems that were unknown to us. He was very professional and informative! A great experience all around, getting to know our new house with an expert.
