A usual trip into my local Pet Valu is filled with treats, toys, and expert advice... but after a series of unfortunate events leading to a dead cell phone (post camping trip), and no idea how to navigate my kids, pup, and I to Picton and home to Kingston (yes I'm a millennial who is totally reliant on technology), the lovely staff sprang to action. I am SO grateful for the wonderful humans that went as far as explaining landmarks and printing screenshots of directions for me to navigate. I imagine I looked absolutely frazzled when I walked in those doors. Even though I was too stressed to shop for my pup that particular day, the staff was so unbelievably kind, caring, and dedicated. What an amazing team. Thank you thank you thank you.
