(May 13, 2019, 11:40 am)these guys were great from start too finish, initially i was inquiring about a used tent trailer and right away my inquiry was replied to with all the information i needed and more.
No waiting for no response as ive had from other dealerships.
From the time we walked in it was all smiles and every single person was helpful and friendly.
We ended up purchases a trailer from Ralph and then taking delivery this past Saturday. As we are new to trailers and tent trailers they took the time to go through everything with me from start to finish in the best way possible slow and detailed enough that you didn't feel overwhelmed.
There's sales experiences and then there is purchasing from here which almost made us feel like it wasn't a purchase at all it just felt like they were helping us and not selling anything.
from start to finish i give you guys 5 stars i wish it could be more!!!!!!!! -

(May 11, 2019, 1:40 pm)This is the place I should have gone first. Everyone was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Parts were ordered correctly and on time. They've been helping me source some replacement lights for my trailer. I cannot overstate how much better these folks are than the other local dealerships. As long as I own a trailer, I'll be going to this shop.

(April 15, 2019, 8:15 pm)Had wheel bearings repacked, power front jack installed, water pressure problem corrected, and a few smaller things done. Trailer was ready when promised, and wheels were clean!, no residual grease anywhere.
Service contact (Dezi) was very patient with me trying to explain the water issue. He made me feel very confident about leaving my trailer in the care of Adventure RV.
This is not my first service with them, and I will be back. -
