Ron Giles (sales) was a very nice person to deal with as he was honest, very knowledgeable and with a sense of humor. The same can be said about Amanda K. in Finance. i have also dealt with Jeremy in Parts who was very helpful in saving me money on floor mats. Steve M. (Service Advisor) got me the Winter Snow Tires that I wanted the very next day! Thank you Steve! The final word - My wife and I love our Ford Escape & glad we went with this dealership.
