NFC is awesome. They are doing EVERYTHING right during the pandemic. Keeping members safe is their top priority.

The equipment in the gym is a bit old. It’s nice that they have a squat rack and lots of free weights. Can get kind of crowded at peak hours of the day. They are under staffed. As for pricing it’s also not the best but there aren’t many options in simcoe and this the cheapest option

When I first went to see the Gym the staff was so helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The gym is very clean they have towels and cleaner at every station to wipe down the machines when you are done. The bathrooms are very clean. If you want to work out with very few people the best times to go are around 730 800 at night and 6 am in the morning.
