I have been training with Tom (owner) for just over 2.5 years 3 days/week and know that I would never have reached the level of fitness/wellness I have at my age (I’m a female, age 50) if not for his motivating one-to-one training sessions (yes, he participates right alongside you each and every workout, doing the same routine as you are - hence the motivating thing :)
Tom is extremely reliable - always ready to go with an exercise routine planned for the hour, always switching it up with outdoor routines and even swim workouts are an option in his full-sized outdoor, heated pool!
I would recommend Tom McAleese at Diamond Fitness Personal Training in a heartbeat. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his profession and is very motivating and encouraging!
I hardly ever do reviews but --- Tom at Diamond Fitness has literally changed my lifestyle and fitness levels. This has made me accountable and realizing my potential is defying time/age. Tom is always available regardless of my fluctuated schedule. I would have quit a gym again, if it wasn't for Tom and his positivity & working out side by side.
