From the minute I entered the store to the time I left the store manager Bill was phenomenal. Before my visit I called the store with a some questions. Josh the sales rep was informative, polite and full of information regarding devices and plans.
I never write reviews, I'm of the opinion the service should be good. However Bill & Rogers Huntsville exceeded my expectations.
Bill got my information, and took the extra time and care to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend this store and it's staff! -

I called in to update my service plan and was informed that it would be best if I could go into the store. Timothy was great, he listened to what I wanted to do and offered exactly what I was looking for. He also made appropriate upgrade suggestions and I never felt pressured or rushed even though it was boxing day. I left with a great offer, two new iPhone 11's and a bunch of great accessories. Thank you for the outstanding customer service, you've earned a customer for life today. See you again in a couple of years when my plan renews.
Update: I had to return one of the cases as it has some sparkly liquid in it and was too thick to allow the wireless charger to work properly. Again Timothy was nothing but great. Got my wife the case she wanted with no issues at all. Thank you again!
