(March 29, 2021, 5:18 pm)Would recommend renting through MCRS. They follow all the legal rules and regulations and are very easy to work with and responsive to any problems in the unit. My building owners were incredibly kind too, helping where needed and even sent the tenants treats at Christmas which was a first for me. Common areas like the laundry room were kept clean and the snow plowing always got done in a timely manner.

Any minor maintenance issues that have come up have been dealt with immediately and they always followed up to make sure that everything was working well. (November 25, 2020, 11:00 pm)Needed a company that was willing to manage my Muskoka rental when I was not able to be there and verify quality tenants. Kirsten and her team at MCRS made that an effortless task by helping advertise my rental and finding a quality, long term tenant.
They have been very helpful especially through these trying times and have always been exceptional with their level of care, professionalism, and communication to me whenever issues arose.
Without a doubt, I would use them again for any newer property management opportunities in the future. I cannot say enough good things about these folks!
