Nate from Baseline Towing in Bracebridge was a complete rockstar! Connected to them through CAA: My car had slid into a ditch, on a steep hill, but it didn't faze him at all! He arrived quickly and acted efficiently and professionally to get my car back on the road. It was impressive the way he tackled the complicated tow; and best of all, he worked it out gently and avoided any damage to my car! I was able to get home safe and sound!

I wish I could give them 10 star rating. Ashley and Derek helped me to towing my flat tire vehicle back to Toronto home with outstanding service. My car shows in front of my garage hours early than I expect.

I own a large 4x4 military truck that broke down in Dwight just outside of Huntsville. Aside from initially being overcharge (I felt) everything went really well. The dispatch was polite and the driver was in communication all the way through. I would definitely use them again.
