(July 4, 2021, 5:00 pm)Great park, beautiful views, very well run. Lots of people around. If you want quite and a peaceful hike with some privacy this isn’t the place for you. Trails are easy and very well marked. Perfect trail system to bring the family to. Beautiful beach , overall great family day trip !

(June 26, 2021, 4:13 am)Incredible hiking, biking, and swimming opportunities abound across many trails and common areas. Two independent lakes sit astride a beautiful river that culminates with a flat-rock falls.
Summer brings awe inspiring beauty in the sprawling forests filled with mature, tall trees swaying rhythmically in the wind. Winter means extensive skiing, skating, and snowshoeing among the exposed rocks and rolling hills.
Arrowhead is a gem. One that is best looked at from many angles. Repeat visits only make it shine more brilliant. This park is a required stop on any trip through the near-north. -

(June 15, 2021, 1:59 am)If you don’t tent or trailer you can rent yurts or cabins here. Everything is well maintained (except the roads in the actual park). The new visitors center looks like it will be amazing. You can bike, swim, run, and fish here. There is water equipment rentals as well. If you are looking for a weekend outdoors this is the spot.

(May 27, 2021, 9:33 pm)Hiked the Arrowhead and Stubbs Falls trails and they were stunning! Highly recommend coming with some picnic and heading out. Lovely surprise at the Falls where you were able to sit on the huge flat rocks and enjoy the sound of the crashing rapids. Trails
We’re easy to walk even with our 10 week old baby in a carrier. Will be back for sure. -

(May 11, 2021, 4:38 am)We will be going up again soon to stock up for winter with a few more jugs of liquid delight...worth the 2 hour drive!!! If you find this amazing place say hi to Tom and Eva and tell them Tony and Brenda sent you😋 you will be so glad you went. Please check when they will shut down for winter.
