I used Thames Valley Midwives back in 2020 for my first baby. I experienced excellent care from my midwife and felt very comfortable with everything in place during covid. I was very pleased that every time I called to ask a question or change an appointment the receptionist was very helpful and would always return my call in a timely manner. I was nervous of course for my delivery but felt so supported in my home birth by both midwives who attended my birth. I was very lucky to be able to have a home birth. The after hours service was phenomenal always called you back within seconds. I loved the home experience and being able to be in the comfort of home. The after care for baby and I was wonderful! I loved the house calls for the first few checks but also enjoyed coming into the office once little one was bigger. I would highly recommend Thames valley Midwives.
The care we received during both pregnancies and deliveries was incredible. All of our midwives really listened to us, and respected all of our choices. They were there to support us the entire way through. We couldn't have asked for better care.
I love Thames Valley Midwives. I was seen by Sara, Hailey and Jessica during the course of my pregnancy, and my labor. They were all incredible. I had planned for a home birth but ended up with a c section after two days of labor, and at every step I knew without a doubt that their first thought was for the safety of my baby and me. My baby is five weeks old and soon I will be released from their care, and it's been so lovely that I will be sad when that time comes.
