(August 27, 2023, 3:27 pm)Our family has both my Mom and Mother in law living at Queen’s. The staff is kind and caring. There is a true culture of community. The recreational therapists are outstanding and connect with the residents from their hearts. The building is currently being updated and for both Mothers feels more like a home than a residence. We are grateful everyday for the respect, support and commitment all staff share with our family.
(August 25, 2023, 12:56 am)My mom has been living here for the past 3 years and she is happy there. Although I have heard of bed bugs in the facility, she does not have any. I find the staff to be very helpful and pleasant! Shout out to Sandy and Laura who are always so upbeat and very helpful! I appreciate what you do for my mom and the other residents. :)
(August 24, 2023, 10:16 pm)I did quite a bit of research before selecting Queens Village Retirement Home for my mom. I'm happy to say I am very pleased with Queens Village and the staff. The staff are attentive and they know each resident and address their needs. I highly recommend Queens Village.
