What a great service, we just moved a week ago, and we are very happy with our new home. John and Iren, the building managers are wonderful, and were very helpful and kind. The unit was very clean and new. We have had no issues. John and Irene, thank you for your great service.

John and Irena are amazing! They are very friendly and have given me advice and have been there to help me out. I have been there over a year and John and Irena have stepped up big time, especially with COVID-19. They are on top of the cleaning all the time, I feel safe during this time being in their care. Only reason I will move is buying a house.

It been a month in this apartment now, I cant really much about it but so far it been a great experience because of the Building Managers. John and Irene, I am very happy with your professionalism and friendly manner. You guys are very passionate about making sure the tenants are comfortable and I’m sure we will continue to have a positive relationship ? I have been a tenant at 720 for a 4 years. I am pleased with the property managers John and Irena who are quick to respond the same day if I report a problem. My husband and I recommended this place for few of our friends and relatives and they liked the place and moving on September. John and Irena are very helpful Couple that I have ever seen. It's great to come in or out of the building to see them watering the plants, etc showing pride in the upkeep of the building. They always work efficiently and effectively as a team together.

Such a great place! My husband and I just moved in, and we could not be happier. John and Irene, the building managers, are amazing, and were so helpful with the application process. Meeting them confirmed to us that we really wanted to live here, as we felt we would be really well taken care of. And we have been! It feels like a little family here, and everyone we have met is really friendly. The apartment was very clean, with all-new appliances, and the common areas (elevator, stairwells, etc.) are very clean as well. We have had no issues, and really love our apartment. It is surprisingly quiet, given it's location on Wonderland, but we hear minimal road traffic when out on our balcony. Out of all the places we looked at, this was the by far the nicest, and the building managers really sold us on it too - John and Irene are just amazing, and you can tell they really care about making this a great place to live. 5/5 would recommend!
