The only issue we had is that we ordered a ~white~ hot chocolate, and they gave us a ~regular~ hot chocolate. (It was likely hard to hear our order with our face masks on. If I could, I would give 4.5 stars)
Other than that error, my steeped tea was hot & delicious, and we enjoyed our sugar cookies and timbits.
