I couldn't be more pleased than with the care and attention Lynn at Hear Right gave me in order to fit me with a BICROSS system at the lowest price possible anywhere. (I know because I did a lot of price checking after the fact). The original intent for my visit was just to get a Tinnitus remediation sound program there, but from further conversation with Lynn I learned that the BICROSS was a good option for what I had been told was "unaidable hearing loss in" one ear. This is technically true, but now I barely am aware that I have a hearing loss! Great job at finding me the best of the best from the many companies' systems that were available through Hear Right. Lynn Johnson is the person I dealt with and she was amazing. She explained everything to me in terms I could understand. She took the time to put my mind at ease. She walked me through every step of the testing and showed me the results right away. I will definitely being going back to see Lynn for my 1 year follow-up.
