I went to Dr. Goossens just based off the reviews on the internet. I think that Dr. Goossens is a knowledgeable podiatrist and I don’t mind him but his receptionist (Diane) is rude! The first time I went in she was snooty with me. I simply asked a question and she snapped “I’m getting to that” When I went back in to pick up my orthotics she was rude again. When I initially went in I handed her a form that I said needed to be filled out for my money to be refunded. When I went back she said we didn’t fill it out cause the answers are in the package. I showed her where the paper said “this form must be filled out to have your claim considered”. She told me the dr wasn’t going to take the time to fill it out. She then said she’s try to do it for me if I wanted to wait. Ummm yes I want to wait! It’s 500$ that I could get back from insurance!!! The way she talks to everyone is snarky and I’m not a fan. I would not recommend going here simply for the fact that you will be treated disrespectfully by her. If you can get past her attitude Dr Goossens isn’t a bad podiatrist.

Amazing doctor. I had a severe wart issue on my feet for over 10 years. I tried everything and was in constant pain. After so long trying to get rid of them, I figured there was no hope. One visit to Dr. Goossens and a few weeks later my feet were 100% clear! Obviously highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Every time I went to his office they took me in right away and I was out of there promptly. Great experience.

I can not stop saying so many good things about my experience during my visit to Dr. Goossens's office on January 19, 2017. I had extreme pain in my right foot and was unable to drive so my wife alison took me. I entered a quite, well lit office staffed by a very friendly receptionist who cheerfully asked me specific questions about my ailment and transmitted the information to and assistant while i sat waiting to be called. I arrived 10 minuted early but i had only a 5 minute wait before i was called into an examination room by a woman who introduced herself to us [my wife and i] as Mary. She as very friendly thereby and helped reduce my anxiety as she asked a few preparatory questions for the doctor. When Dr. Goossenss entered the room, he warmly greeted us as he b spoke through out the session in plain non-medical jargon or medical jargon when needed / but with an through explanation of the jargon. Not only did he quickly examine me and diagnose my foot problem. He did all while holding an enjoyable conversation. I was very happy with his solution to the problem and followed his advise to the letter. Both I and my wife left Dr. Goossenss's office happy that we choose him and if.
