PLEASE IGNORE THE PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEW WRITTEN UNDER MY NAME. I HIT AN OBVIOUS SORE SPOT WITH SOMEONE ENOUGH FOR THEM TO FRAUDULENTLY CREATE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT UNDER MY IDENTITY AND NEGATIVELY TWIST MY REVIEW, LITERALLY WORD FOR WORD, FOR WHATEVER SELF FULFILLING REASON. I believe what you choose to say can have extraordinary repercussions and can either have no affect or can completely ruin people's lives. TO THE IMPERSONATOR: I COULDN'T EVEN FINISH READING YOUR TWISTED REVIEW. IT WAS COMPLETELY AWFUL. MAKES ME FEEL SICK KNOWING THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO WOULD GO TO SUCH LENGTHS, CONSCIOUSLY TRY TO RUIN OTHER PEOPLE WITH UGLY LIES. Oh wait, you were trying to be clever, posing as me, but really you are a coward. If you didn't like what I said, use your own name and say your piece up front. Freedom of Speech. Just like everyone else who posted a review, I had a right to speak my mind. Google allows only 1 review/business under your own account. Below is the ORIGINAL REVIEW I HAD WRITTEN, shortened to accommodate this intro and reposted (for everyone's reading pleasure, if you even care).

"The owners have been in business in the Masonville area for over 20 years and in a fast growing area, this post office has remained in business due to loyal customers and the fact that the owners KNOW what they are doing. People who had moved away from the area still come back to this very same post office because the service is efficient and consistent. There is no escaping the busy line-up due to the process of mailing letters/parcels in a SECURE/THOROUGH manner. Having countless experiences dealing with several other mailing services, unfortunately, you cannot rush the mailing process and it takes time. I want to clarify as well that the previous adjoining convenience store was not owned by the same people but were 2 separate businesses. The owner's of the post office had nothing to do with how the convenience store was run. Also, to my knowledge their English speaking abilities has never hindered them in building and fostering close relationships with returning local/loyal customers. To those who claim that they 'can't speak English', well I'm pretty sure to be approved to own and operate a Canada Post Office retail franchise, that would be a requirement. Non-fluent English can sometimes be misinterpreted as being 'rude', however, this is not always the case; sometimes it is a miscommunication, misinterpretation or culturally different way of speaking. Don't get me wrong, people have off days because we all do and the post office owners are not exempt from the realities of being human. I'm sure they are not always peachy keen. The Post Office owners always strive to treat their customers with absolute respect as their business is their livelihood and are working 12 hour days that has put food on the table and has allowed their children education. For all the business that they have had over the many years to this very day, I know that they are nothing but GRATEFUL TO ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS! If you knew them, you would know this. If you only want one stamp and not a book, just don't buy the book. No different from any other type of retail-sales oriented business. To my knowledge, they do not force you to buy services/products, but they do have to ask. Lastly, if they refuse to give you your parcel, it is because they are following appropriate legal protocol in terms of mail/security. I can understand it can be frustrating at times, especially if you are a regular, however the reality is that tampering/mishandling of mail is a federal offence. If you are picking up something from the post office, you should ALWAYS have your ID and never take that for granted. It isn't different at any other post office/mailing service. I'd prefer knowing that they didn't give me my mail because I didn't have my proper ID rather than feeling like they would give my mail out to people willy nilly. They have a reason and right to refuse. Don't be such a Negative Nancy and get mad at people who are simply trying doing their job RIGHT."

Went there to pick up my Canada post courier from Amazon. Had some gift accessories as well. The attendant was polite and friendly.
