(June 14, 2019, 2:20 am)Absolutely amazing service this evening from Michael. We had been trying to get a couch from the south London store. Both times we left empty handed. Tried the north store since we had a vehicle to take it in. We had paid and the couch was loaded within minutes. Michael was very helpful and we've decided to not visit the south store and make the north store our go to. Couch was easy to put together and we were enjoying it shortly after lugging it up 3 flights of stairs.
