Incredible value here for your money and excellent customer service! I've been a regular for some time now and they really go above and beyond making sure customers are happy.

In the thick of this Covid situation, I desperately stopped by Ink Max one afternoon without knowing that I would have had to make an appointment. I called the number and spoke to Rafiq. He advised me that he was not at home. He told me I could leave my cartridges in the drop box and he would be kind enough to contact me for directions so that he could drop them off seeing that I live close by. WOW! Excellent service! So polite, accommodating, organized and knowledgeable.
I didn't know about the print head cleaning option on my printer until Rafiq told me about it.
Even when I had an issue with my printer not working he was kind enough to let me bring it to him to have a look.
I would recommend anyone to patronize this business.

My daughter went to get ink and gentlemen serving here was very polite and quick service. Very reasonably priced. Only down fall you do need to make an appointment.

I had excellent service when refilling cartridges but time for a new printer I called to ask about which new printer to purchase As I had been told in more than one store that cartridges are no longer refillable which i now know is not true. He took so much time with me and I so appreciate the excellent customer service. I now have a new printer which when the time comes I will be taking to be refilled. Thank you so much!

Exceptional service
I ran out of ink on Saturday evening, he agreed and waited for me.
Since day one, I had an issue with my printer cause the printing was so light. He told me the chip is incompatible with the current tuner. He replaced the tuner and the chip then filled the ink, the printer is working better than ever!!
He did a great service and even replaced the tuner at his cost! He was so nice and price was way less than I expected.
He is literally PROFESSIONAL and he knows what he is doing for sure.
