(March 10, 2021, 9:55 pm)I have been living here for almost a year now. I call my apartment my Oasis... I love my apartment! This building is well kept and very quiet. Linda and Bob (building managers)are great! Linda was super helpful when I was looking for an apartment to rent... super friendly. Bob is always on top of things - keepig this place clean. It will be nice once the underground parking gets cleaned to get rid of all the dust! Other than that ... great place!

(February 25, 2021, 1:59 am)Lovely place to live that is clean, quiet, and only a couple of years old. The high ceilings and huge bay windows make for a very bright and spacious feel as do the white kitchens with white stone countertops. Hot/cold water whole building circulation system for heat and AC means electricity bills are surprisingly low.

(February 9, 2021, 12:24 am)This is a great place to live, very clean, spacious and safe. Bob and Linda are very accommodating to any questions or concerns you may have. They take great pride in taking care of the building. Clean foyer and hallways, garbage room, sidewalks clear from snow and ice. They are very friendly which is always good for communication. We are very lucky to have them as managers of this building

(February 6, 2021, 2:19 am)This is one of the newest, cleanest, and best built apartment buildings in the city.
The layouts are great, especially with ALL two bedrooms coming with TWO bathrooms!
There is ample underground parking and the rates are very reasonable.
All of the units come with brand new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and IN UNIT washer and dryer!
Linda and Bob are the best building managers I’ve ever dealt with. They create a great atmosphere in the building and truly care for each and every tenant. Any issues are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. -

(February 4, 2021, 5:18 pm)I moved to London exactly 1 year ago and moved into my apt. which I am thrilled with. Bob and Linda were so helpful and kind, no matter what I needed help with there were there for me. Bob keeps the building very clean and Linda is always there to answer any questions I have. I Love my apt., very quiet and safe .I will be happy when the underground parking can be cleaned, but I do understand with covid it cannot be done right now. It would be nice if the floor was painted which would help with the dust. Again I want to say that I am very happy Linda and Bob are here
you could not ask for friendlier or kinder people, taking care of this building.
