The instructors take the time to personally work with all Nak Muay and take an interest in the development and performance of both recreational and competitive members. Everyone is encouraged regardless of skill level. Being a member here is being a member of a family, not a gym. It's an honour to be a part of this tremendous group of people.

(April 19, 2019, 10:42 am)LMT is the BEST gym in London to get in shape and have fun doing it! Knowledgeable and friendly coaches make this place what it is. Definitely worth checking out for the free week trial. Just expect to keep coming back.

(April 17, 2019, 3:42 pm)Trained at this gym for a 4 month period over a summer. The experience was beyond satisfactory. The trainers are experienced and passionate, as well as patience and driven to help you learn. It is also conveniently located within a boxing gym, with a space and mats for bjj, perfect for if you are looking to diversify your training. There is a very strong sense of community within the atmosphere. Would strongly suggest for anyone interested in learning Muay Thai.

(April 17, 2019, 1:57 pm)The best place to train in Muay Thai in London. Very professional, well educated, and friendly. No egos either. And everyone is welcome and not looked down upon if you don't catch on right away. I've been to a couple other clubs here and London Muay Thai is the best!
