  Fairly spacious a lot of equipment garage type setting area for kids to play positive atmosphere

  Amazing atmosphere and coaches! The coaches push you to meet your goals. It is awesome to know that you can go at your own pace if your'e a beginner and that there is no judgement. There's no other gym like this and if you haven't tried it out, i would strongly recommend that you do so! This gym is not only for females, there are co-ed classes as well and a lot of different programs for children! I absolutely love this gym !:)

  Emma and the team could not be more supportive or positive when it comes to your comfort, your education and your progress. They "kick" started my journey into a more active life and have stuck with me through everything in the last 2 years. What an amazing group of women!
