(February 2, 2019, 2:45 pm)Amazing gym....I have been to a few in the city, this is the only one that pieces everything together - strength training, weight loss, mindset coaching, nutrition coaching, accountability. It truly is a "club" where everyone cares about you!

First entering a new gym/environment I tend to feel nervous and out of place, being here I did not get that feeling at all. The trainers/members here have changed that perspective for me as they are welcoming and treat you like family. Hands down best decision I have ever made coming here!

I'm not a natural at fitness, and I find anything close to athletics to be super intimidating. It's the people, the trainers, the feel that keeps me going. Thanks Cory!
