Dean is the man.
Always fair, and good at his craft. Sometimes being the best means he is swamped with business, but I don't mind the extra wait because I know he isn't going to upsell me on things prematurely.

Dean is awesome! Very honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I was new to London a few years ago and someone recommended him and I haven't needed to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dean!
Dean is great. You may have to wait a little bit longer to get an appointment than at a dealership, but he's busy because he's good! His prices are AMAZING, as he shops around to see if he can find used parts from the wreckers. Once the car is in, the work is done quickly. He's closed between 12 and 1 everyday, and only does Saturdays by appointment only.
