(June 3, 2020, 12:12 am)Outstanding service...our pool heater quit on us 3 days after opening this year; We contacted Rob (RTM - Roberto Tardioli) who agreed to drop by that same day after his long day of work...he didn't simply assume it was done but took the time to look at it to see if it could be fixed...unfortunately it was cooked so after calling all around the Ottawa suppliers Rob ordered a new 1 for us and had it installed 3 days later...very nice professional expert and amazing service...thank you Rob

After an on the phone diagnostics, he came over and ran a complete diagnostics on our furnace and fixed it. Not only that, he offered useful sugestions for us to maintain a healthy furnace. (October 9, 2019, 12:07 am)I was in a bind this past summer, and with the heat and humidity reaching beautiful levels of 30+ I knew we couldn't continue without air conditioning in our business any longer. I was referred through a friend to contact Rob, and do not regret at all the decision to buy from him. He was able to visit the site within a day (unlike the other answers I've been receiving at that time) . He was efficient, professional and very effective in his methods...I will definitely be calling him again should I need AC servicing in the future. Thank you Rob for putting up with my husband! lol

He has done all of our commercial work and we will absolutely have him address our home next. He even came to our rescue with some emergency services on short notice and addressed some issues with our building developer for us. We couldn't be happier with the services and his rates are very competitive. We recommend him to everyone we know!
