We made sure to point this out and I feel pretty confident they'll take steps to address this. Beautiful homes and a really nice community!

(October 30, 2020, 4:08 pm)We chose Cardel to build our first home, and we took possession October 23/2020. Overall, we are very happy with the build. There are a few things here and there, but, I trust Cardel will follow through and fix them in the warranty period. We will be doing our 30 day shortly, and hope Cardel delivers on their end. 5 stars so far. Keep up the good work.

(September 16, 2020, 9:15 pm)The start of my experience with Cardel was exceptional. Once we had signed and made our selections at the design centre, it was increasingly difficult to contact anyone. When the home was ready, the walk through was smooth and the home has not caused us any issues. The person who installed the lawn drove over our eves and flattened them. That took some time to repair as well. If it hadn't been for the lack of communication, Cardel would have full marks.
