She not only kept me organized and on task (she emailed me a to do list after each phone call which I greatly appreciated), she kept all parties involved up-to-date and accountable to deadlines! Katya has helped me with two mortgages and is currently helping me with a third! I wouldn’t dream of travelling through the lending world without her!

Katya was quick to help solve problems when they came up and worked through every step along the way with ease — which took the stress out of everything related to purchasing our first home.
I appreciated that she took the time to check in when we started to look at houses and later, between when we purchased our home and the closing date. She was always in my inbox when I needed her and only an email or phone call away with any questions we had.
She is genuinely such a kind person who is very passionate about what she does. Katya is engaging, professional, and ALWAYS on top of things.
I highly recommend getting in touch if you are a first-time homebuyer or are looking for a mortgage. You will be so happy you did! -

(January 15, 2021, 11:41 pm)We have been so fortunate to work with Katya. She helped us in so many ways, and was especially patient and determined to help us get the mortgage we needed. I had never worked with a broker before, and was super nervous about not using a traditional bank; and it was the best decision we made.
Like I said, she was super patient, super knowledgeable and reassuring. I highly suggest working with her, even if your on the fence, she helps you do what’s best for you.

I would highly recommend getting a mortgage with Katya. My experience ended up being fun, when it could easily have been very stressful, if it hadn't been for Katya, I really can't thank her enough:)

She was able to get me approved last minute, and I am now loving my new place. I recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy a house. Quick responses, and very knowledgeable! Thank you Katya!
