I drove to this place because I hoped to find a quiet and clean place where the COVID-19 precautions are fully implemented. Well, I was not disappointed and the ride to this Oshawa East office was quite enjoyable too.

The transaction was done in the front entry of the home, probably due to COVID-19 conditions. The temporary table set up in the entry was just ok - a coffee table is not the best for signing documents. The entry area was not clean. With a few minor improvements the experience could be greatly improved.
