(May 30, 2019, 8:25 pm)Servuce sometimes is slow and I have experienced a meal where the bun for the burger seemed to be under the heat lamps for a while l, usually most people are waiting on orders. Having swiss chalet next Door and having a split kitchen may not be the best situation for this Harveys outlet. Needs improvment
(April 12, 2019, 10:46 pm)Angus is always 5 stars but since the guy standing at the cash told me he didn't have a "toast the bun extra" button and that I had to inform the girls putting the toppings on it about my request this is a 4 star. Explaining to him that when I get the chance to talk to the topping persons that my bun would already be "regular" toasted he reiterated that I must tell the topping girls. Seems he was very busy as he forgot to smile. I've never had to ask for extra toasted bun after receiving my Angus burger???
