(October 21, 2019, 9:38 pm)We love our King size temperpiedic mattress! Fantastic sales person and honorable warranty. What I didn't like was the box spring type frame. It sucks! It was replaced under warranty due to the wood used in the construction, it had twisted which affects the benefits of this type of mattress. I would have preferred being told that this mattress should ONLY be used with a solid foundation bed frame. When the mattress is put on a solid floor, its perfect. When on top of the box frames, I wake up everyday with a backache which defeats the purpose of temperpedic.

(July 29, 2018, 6:22 pm)Giving the store 4 stars but not the company itself. The mattresses from this location tend to only last 5 years before issues. Others I have spoken to say the same. Store layout is good with a lot of selection. Most items are not in stock so you have to wait for them to order them in.
