(January 6, 2023, 12:27 pm)I didn't sign up for the free 12 Days of Wellness posted by Sharon on her website. Ironically, I was "too busy". But I did get the last 6 days of her mind and body, 10- minute re-sets. They were excellent. I wish that I had taken the time to do all 12 days. Sometimes, you need to put yourself first.
