Kansas and Clay work with you and your current abilities to push you too move forward confidently and correctly. Even in a large class setting you get individual attention based on your needs. Highly recommend!

The positive and supportive atmosphere of this community is incredible. With coaches that take the time to thoroughly train and coach every individual to their specific needs. You walk in the door everyday to a new workout that will challenge you both mentally and physically.
If you are looking to get stronger and be inspired then definitely come and check them out. -

The coaches are consistent and take the time to know each athlete to ensure the best possible workout. They are able to modify all movements to all athletic abilities and ensure safety for all.
I've tried many different gyms and ways to stay healthy and in shape. Nothing has really stuck for me until Carbon Heights. CHC is by far, the best!! I highly recommend!! -

(July 24, 2019, 2:20 am)I absolutely love this place! I joined in March 2019 with zero CrossFit experience. I have learned more about myself and body/mobility in the last 5 months. I have always been involved with sports and teams my whole life but this is the best team I have ever been on. The knowledge that the coaches have is just incredible. The members are so inspirational. Highly recommend Carbon Heights CF. It's life changing! Don’t be shy come try it :)
