The staff are friendly and welcoming, and I enjoy the classes offered. I hope the online booking system is here to stay - it's a quick, convenient way to plan your visits and it ensures that the gym is never too crowded.

(January 8, 2020, 4:59 pm)The pool area was recently updated and I found the floor very slippery, to the point of which I felt it was unsafe. The staff listened to my concern (they are all wonderful, especially Heather) and assured me the message would get addressed. I also sent an email to the General Manager of the Quinte Branch "Ron" He was very quick to respond and assured me that I was not the only one with the concern, he also informed me that they are working to fix the problem. He also insisted I contact him again if I required any assistance! This to me is excellent customer service! Bravo!
