(September 28, 2020, 6:45 pm)Affordable membership (cheapest in Trenton) with lots of facilities and classes (usually) and the best hours (not counting the chains).
Lots of machines (pin/plate loaded), two racks, heavy dumbbells (140) and a small Crossfit area (with room for at least 2 people doing barbell lifts).
Don't expect Rogue equipment, Ohio barbells or air conditioning. Some of the machines have odd resistance patterns. This feels like an old-school gym.
P.S: Please note that most of the plates are hex plates. There are ~6-7 pairs of round metal plates scattered around somewhere for all your deadlift needs but no bumpers for the oly lifts. -
