Victoria showed excellent customer service. I was going to leave with an item off the shelf, but she suggested that I use the loaner program for a new mask. I was going to buy the same old mask. Victoria showed me some new options and this mask is a much better fit and more ergonomic than the original. And she gave me advice on how to make sure that my insurance claim was honoured. So glad that my wife had me come to this store.
