  The dentists and hygienists are great. Super detail oriented, answer questions, educate, etc.
  Their appointment availability is flexible, and it isn't too hard to book an appointment.
  
  Downfall is the terrible receptionist, who the person who refered me to this dentist actually warned me about. he's rude and condescending. What's disappointing is i do not receive the level of service that matches the dentist, hygienist, or any other medical receptionist I've had at other medical offices.

  I suffer from other medical issues and PTSD and the Knowledgeable Limeridge Mall Dental Team has made me feel comfortable and confident with every visit. The Limeridge Mall Dental Team always answers questions or concerns with straight forward information and options to meet the needs of individual patient's.
  All billing and estimates have been hassle free , All questions answered in full and promptly with full details.
  I've had Complete removal of upper Teeth and Denture Plate made under Dr.Scott's Care has allowed me to deal with the staff on a weekly basis and see what every workplace should have, A family type atmosphere the Staff smiling and upbeat attitudes transfers to most patients allowing the patients to feel that much more comfortable and at ease while dealing with Oral Care and Procedures that alot of people have anxiety issues with. Very easy Acsess and Very Clean and Modern Facility just tops off the 5 star care you will receive.

  I'll start by saying that I've neglected my teeth for most of my life. I've always been very anxious around dentists. Even hygienists. I've tried several different dentists and it's always the same thing. Until I tried Limeridge Mall Dental. Best dentist I've ever had. Listens. Skilled. No nonsense. I'm still anxious ahead of time but somehow once I'm in that chair I feel like I'm in good hands. I've been going there for several years now and I still feel like, well I'd rather not go to a dentist at all, but if I have to this is as comfortable as I'm ever going to feel.
  
  Terrific hygienists too. Another thing that made me anxious. But no more. At least not with the person I've been seeing.
  
  Last but not least even the office staff is better than in other places.
  
  I'm almost at the point where getting the bill makes me more anxious than the actual visit. Almost.
