She made her classes extremely enjoyeable but also allowed me to learn and become a Reflexologist myself. She is patient and understanding in her teaching. Will always go the extra mile to make sure you leave knowing what you are doing. Karyn has been voted #1 Reflexologist in Hamilton for many years, well deserved as her student & client. Reflexing the Sole is calm and filled with positive energy. Her healing room is so relaxing you will never want to leave once the session is over. 5 star all around!

The chronic aches and pains in my joints are alleviated and I am able to return to exercise once again. I highly recommend Karyn for all her treatments as her overall personality and energy makes every experience a positive one.
