I've been using Upper James Autopro for the past year whenever I needed anything done with my VW Tiguan. The owners and other employees at the shop have always been very courteous, prompt, and understanding of my situation each time I've gone there.

Being very particular of who I let touch my car, I must say that I won't take it to anyone but them. The quality of the work has always been top notch and they have never pushed me to get work done that hasn't been needed. And it's always a nice bonus picking up my car and having it been detailed free of charge. The pricing is always comparable to other shops, and more often than not it's even better. So if you are looking for a shop that you can trust to take care of your car then i'd honestly give them a shot.

Andrew and Alysa run a very professional auto service shop! I drove a fair distance on a recommendation that this young couple were a bright light on an business where the customer can often feel taken advantage of. No worries, Alysa on the desk knows cars and works like oil with her partner Andrew, the head mechanic. I had some concern about my breaks on my newer Honda CRV. Assured that they still had a lot of life a simple cleaning was all that was needed. Oil and a tire switch were quick and reasonably priced. Great work, at fair prices and leaving not feeling I was oversold work I didn’t need. That’s really what it’s all about! Think they are into this business to build long term customers, not ripping us off one at a time. I’m going back!

Fantastic Service from a great Team! New to the area and was looking for a mechanic to take care of my vehicle. Looked online to some locations that were close and came upon Upper James Auto Pro! The stellar reviews brought me to them and they did not disappoint. New owners and are doing a fantastic job , needed a alignment and they did not try to sell me on other repairs that were not needed. Even gave my vehicle a wash:) highly recommend this location !

Ok, I know you’re reading this because you’re looking for an auto shop you can trust. I’m going to do you a favour and tell you to stop looking. This is the place to go. Upon entering you will be greeted by Alysa’s friendly face, while Andrew is wrenching in the garage. They are completely professional and competent. You will leave your car with them, and then receive text messages throughout the process with information about what is happening, and photos of what they are working on on your car. They are timely and the labour rates are very fair. When you pick up your car, you will notice that it has been cleaned inside and out. I have owned cars for 30 years, and have always hated going to the auto shop. Not any more. I feel I finally have found a shop I can trust. And no, I am not related to the owners or affiliated with them in any way. They are just doing an excellent job, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Honest, quick service with a smile! My car was making a rattling sound. I suspected might need to replace the heat shield, instead it just needed to be removed. It was a quick fix (about 10 min wait) and Alysa didn't charge me for the work! Thank you Andrew, Alysa, Mackenzie for your friendly manner and honesty. You have made a customer for life.
