  I came in for a trade in to purchase my dream truck. Regardless of my situation and what I was working with upper james Chrysler's sales team (frank) and credit department (jackie) were absolutely top notch. They went far out of their way to ensure I got the best rate and the vehicle I wanted. I couldn't recommend the dealership any more. They take their time to make sure you have the best bang for your buck.
  I look forward to visiting them again when I purchase a new vehicle.

  Had a wonderful experience at Johnston Motors, thanks to Paul Armstrong. He took the time to show us the different trim levels of Dodge Caravan, listened to our wish list and found us the perfect 2019 model for our family. Paul went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was pressure-free, professional, informed and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

  Just purchased my first brand new vehicle from Paul Armstrong, a 2018 Ram 2500 Longhorn. Paul helped me throughout my several visits to the dealer with my questions about confusing trim packages and available options. With the many questions i had about some of the options available and what the trucks on Johnston's lot had equipped on them already, Paul was more helpful than any other source i had been seeking (internet, other dealership salesmen, etc). After taking delivery about a week later i did notice a scuff on the front bumper as well as some other "detailing" flaws, but the truck did have almost 300km on it, so maybe that is expected. I'd like to thank Johnston Chrysler and More specifically Paul Armstrong for hooking me up with such a great vehicle. Would recommend to anybody looking for a Chrysler product or used vehicle.

  Building on my husband's review below, I want to stress how fantastic our Sales Specialist, Vince, was!
  Vince was transparent and knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humour and was very personable, but maintained incredible professionalism throughout our experience. Vince went above and beyond in ensuring that the Jeep we purchased met (and exceeded!) all of our family's needs.
  At no point did my husband or I feel pressured by Vince to make a purchase, nor did we feel that he was trying to "up-sell" us into a car we didn't want or features we didn't need. Over the course of a couple visits, we were able to test-drive multiple vehicles, and had the opportunity to really get a feel for the Jeep line-up before finalizing our purchase.
  Vince was very patient and accommodating as I (regularly) asked, "just one more question" - before he'd playfully rebut, "just one?"
  
  As an aside - as a female consumer, I've been flat-out ignored by auto-salesmen in the past. Vince spoke equally to my husband and I throughout the entire purchase process, and regularly solicited my feedback. That was hugely appreciated.
  
  I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Vince at Johnston Motors. He knows his stuff - and, really - he's a great guy!

  My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Our Sales Representative Vince, was one of a kind. I have purchased a dozen or so vehicles in the past, and have never had such a positive experience as I had with Vince. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He was more concerned with helping us find the right vehicle, than he was with anything else. I would recommend contacting Vince if you're in the market for a new car. Truly what a sales experience should be.
