  Great family-owned and run restaurant. Excellent selection of good quality Italian food. Owner serves you directly. Very engaging.

  We had a wag jag coupon. Went with a group of 6. Great place. A bit of a throwback but the Italian food is very good. You feel like you are in a mob movie from the 50's with the decor. We had a good time there and would go again.

  Wonderful place. Had a great ambience, and the food was delicious, authentic Italian cuisine. Staff is pleasant and very accomodating 5 out of 5 for me, would definitely like to go back.

  This is a Hamilton gem turning 75 years old and still ad great as it was when I was 10 yrs old. The atmosphere is an authentic preservation of the early days of the restaurant, the food is just like Nonna used to make it, and the service is suberb, run by the original family. This is a must visit restaurant!

  Anyone who feels that this isn't a great restaurant obviously isn't a real foodie. This place is Hamilton's hidden gem. The staff and food are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I live around the corner and I come here as often as I can, and not one time have I had a complaint. They are always very friendly and accomodating, even with a gluten friendly menu. I read a bad review about a towel on the floor and how they watched the waitress walk by it several times...if that is all you can complain about then I would say you had a lovely experience. No one is perfect, and we are all human, so relax. This restaurant is my ABSOLUTE favourite and I cannot wait to go back. Keep it up Trocadero!! TWO THUMBS WAY UP!!!!
