(May 29, 2021, 2:27 am)I've been a patient/client for many years and never appreciated how this Pharmacy handles all aspects of renewals, advising, and supplying medication until, I had repeated experiences with other pharmacies for 'other's' prescriptions. Pleasant demeanour; detailed description of medication, possible side effects and/or interaction with other medication. Contacting doctors for renewals(if doctor permits it). Quick 'filling' of prescriptions for Pick-up or Delivery. Making deliveries past 7pm to insure their client has the required medication. Quality professionals who rise above a requested service whom strive to improve the quality of life of their clients/patients.
Thank you for all that you have done and I had not appreciated. Well done. -

(December 30, 2020, 10:54 pm)as one of the few pharmacy in Hamilton that is able to make my daughters suspension. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. They always ask me when i need the refill by and always have it ready on that day. They offer delivery if i can't get over there to pick it up and they are always friendly and pleasant. oh and i have never waited in line for a prescription pick up unlike every time i go to a shoppers.
