The working staff are fantastic . No complaints. The office management however are unproffesional and do not return calls as they should in a timely manner. Been waiting two weeks for a return call from the so called executive director. Very displeased.
The staff is outstanding, only wish my mother-in-law could have stayed there forever. The 2 months she stayed in transition, never a complaint! They made her feel welcomed from the very first day, never did the staff make her feel like they were being inconvenienced by her need, treated her with dignity.
Absolutely no complaints...my husband is s well cared for ... unfortunately it's only temporary until we find a permanent place.

This is a wonderful gem of a home in the heart of Hamilton. A very warm and caring staff who truly have the best interests of the residents heart. It is an exciting place to work right now as we are in the middle of renovations and it is going to be beautiful when complete.
I am confident that when you step into our home you will feel the warmth from both staff and residents.
The staff are warm and friendly! The residents are fabulous to work for. The Carlisle is currently under renovation -painting, new flooring, new furniture. It’s a great time to be a part of such a great home and a great team! Come and check us out in the heart of Hamilton!
