  I have a fantastic dentist but needed to find a hygienist of equal quality and also who I can "click" with. Rose is amazing. She is highly knowledgeable and skillful, uses all the latest technology, and yet has all the people skills that you want in a hygienist- she takes her time, ensures your comfort throughout the cleaning, right down to the smallest detail. Her attention to infection control is to a very high standard- for example, she has a plastic, disposable laptop keyboard cover so that she does not contaminate the keyboard from one patient to the next. She gave me a cleaning that was thorough, deep, yet entirely comfortable. She has a holistic approach to oral health and is, at the same time, realistic about what a patient can achieve and is not judgemental. I am a physician myself and have high standards for the people to whom I entrust my own care and I would give Rose the highest possible rating. The other thing that may be a benefit for some people is that by using an independent hygienist, you are getting an automatic "second opinion" regarding work that your dentist is suggesting. This isn't an issue for me as my dentist is very conservative and I trust him implicitly, but if you have ever wondered whether you really need that procedure that your dentist is recommending, having an "outside" knowledgable professional looking at your teeth it is a real benefit, because the hygienist working for the dentist is never going to contradict his/her Employer.

  Rose is amazing! I look forward to my appointments with her. She is super friendly and professional. My teeth feel great afterwards. She really cares about your teeth and health.
  
  I switched to Rose because I started to question the practices at my previous dentist office. Every appointment there was always some extra I wasn't sure I needed. You don't need to worry about that with Rose. She referred me to a great dentist for extra work that I needed - he was great too. You are in good hands with Rose.

  I've been to various dental offices over the years and have never had such a relaxing experience as I did with Rose, she is a talented hygienist and I would recommend her to any one looking for teeth cleaning in the area!

  While Ontario has allowed hygienists to practice without direct supervision of a dentist for almost a decade, like most people I'm a creature of habit and have continued to see a dentist regularly. In September, in need of only a cleaning, I decided to try Rose’s hygienist practice and now highly recommend her service. Rose is professional and friendly – everything you’d expect from a dental professional. Most importantly however, if you’ve ever felt under pressure by dentists to over-treat, then you’ll appreciate Rose’s very knowledgeable, no-pressure approach to discussing dental concerns (her practice has no other dental treatment to up-sell!). On leaving her office, my mouth felt great, and I felt well informed and empowered for my next dental visit.
