(May 17, 2021, 10:54 am)This past weekend, my wife and I were up at the cottage working on upgrading our kitchen and unfortunately, our small fridge was damaged and needed to be replaced.
I put in a quick call Saturday afternoon asking to hold the fridge we needed. The staff were great and took the time to find the fridge which we wanted and hold it for us. I made the purchase online and planned to come in the next morning to pick it up.
On arrival, the staff at the store advised we had to wait for the fridge due to a planned power outage which was taking longer than normal (surprise, surprise). I inquired if there was anyway we could just load up the fridge since I already paid. Initially, I was told it wasn’t possible because the warehouse in the back was too dark to locate the fridge and we would have to wait.
After a short wait, the staff came back out and said they look a quick look for me anyways, found the fridge and would be able to load it up right away instead of waiting for the power to come back on.
The guys in the back were awesome - friendly and more than helpful , taking all the packaging off and loading the fridge in the truck for us.
We got back and were able to get the fridge in place and start on our way home on good time.
Thank you for Minden Home Hardware staff for going the extra mile to help us out even when they didn’t have to! -

Bought a nice sweater for my sons tutor just the other day at an affordable price and some great books. The staff are helpful here🥳
