The lady I spoke to kept asking questions about the machine and guessed. I bought two belts, one for spare one for install. Nope, wouldn't fit. Found the SN while at it and they promptly found me new ones and processed the cost difference. Not one complaint or grumble. Just happy to help. Nice.
