Normally this store is amazing to visit when the owner is present and certain staff!! But not today :( My husband and I popped in looking for something for our kitten and just wanted to take a peek at the babies in store. The woman working today very rudely told us " They are already adopted! They are frail and we are just trying to keep them alive ." Ok then, I informed her " We never said we wanted one" and she continued to "rudely" check out the man at the counter. We spent about 2 min in the store, and decided to go to the Pet Valu in Haliburton instead .. If the owner or different is there, this is a great store to visit.
