(July 1, 2020, 12:36 am)After being turned down for home insurance because of plumbing and electrical issues from a few companies, I called Erie and spoke with Ed. Ed was outstanding from start to finish. He was very professional, knowledgeable and worked late into the evening to make sure I had the coverage I needed on my home. I will be working with him on auto insurance in the coming days. I would highly recommend calling Ed for a home and auto quote.

He followed up regularly in a timely manner to answer all of my questions and concerns and saved me a lot of money on my insurance compared to the company I was previously with. I am so thankful for his service, it is incomparable to other brokers i’ve spoken to 100%! Thank you Ed.

I was so impressed with the customer service provided to our members that I brought our insurance policies over as well. We were surprised to learn that we did not have adequate coverage in place. I love that our agent reviews our needs on a yearly basis for changes/coverage needs.

You talk to real people (not automated machines or recorded messages) and they are always quick to respond to any questions, concerns, or claims and always helpful and friendly. They offer great rates and have bundled discounts for auto and home. They offer auto, home, business and farm insurance (possibly more??). Very customer friendly! I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs!
