This can be challenging and a great workout. Runs alongside a small river the entire way and ends up at the top of the mountain for terrific views.
I would recommend going up the “straight up” trail and coming down this one. We did the reverse order and it made for a very difficult hike. -

(July 23, 2019, 4:28 pm)There's not much better than having the opportunity to let the kids roam free, no fences or highways, just pure adventure and exploration in their natural environment. The treasures they find under the rocks in the creeks, the stories that bloom in their minds with each new find, the freedom and growth with each and every step simply can't be duplicated outside such a wonderfully natural trail up the mountain. Thankful
